BOOT CAMP- Not for the faint of heart…Boot Camp is a high energy, dynamic and fun way to get your strength training and cardiovascular workout. In Boot Camp, we do all the tough stuff, including but not limited to: Jump Rope, Boxing & Kickboxing, Medicine Ball Drills, Up Downs, Squat Thrusts, Push Ups, Pull Ups, Squats, Lunges, Jumps, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Plyometrics and Core Training. This class is all you need.
CARDIO KICKBOXING-Blast our heavy bags with punching and kicking combinations in this total body, ultra-calorie burning workout! Kickboxing workouts burn more calories than most other aerobic workouts because every muscle in the body is worked synergistically. We also do plenty of core training in the class for a complete workout.
CIRCUIT TRAINING- A mixture of cardiovascular and strength training segments to keep your heart pumping as you sculpt your body with strength training exercises. This class provides both 50 minutes of aerobic training and a total body strength training workout! The ultimate for muscle definition!
CORE STRENGTH & STRETCH- A mixture of Pilates Mat exercises and Hatha Yoga to strengthen the core muslces and stretch the whole body. These exercises are great for better balance, proper posture, joint range of motion, injury prevention and best of all relaxation.Prices listed below are for the total cost of the class, which may be made up of 1 or 2 people. Integrated Kenpo is limited to 2 people per class and is for participants ages 13 and up.
After studying various martial arts for over 17 years, I have developed a Kenpo based system I simply call "Integrated Kenpo". I took what I felt to be the most street oriented principles and techniques from the following martial arts: American Kenpo (3rd Degree Black Belt), Chi Na Kung Fu (1st Black Sash), Muay Thai, Jujitsu, Kali, Krav Maga and put them into one street based system.
You will learn to defend yourself against unarmed assailants, multiple assailants, as well as assailants armed with a club, knife or gun. You will also learn how to defend yourself using improvised weapons such as a pen, book, chair, trash can or car keys.
Through private instruction you will learn to protect yourself and your loved ones much faster than if you were to train in a large group class. Integrated Kenpo is not only an advanced system of personal protection, it is also a great way to get in shape, as the workouts can be challenging!
